The current native profile does not provision custom-runtime jobs or scheduled background triggers. A Worker entrypoint that compiles is not proof that a scheduler or queue has been connected.

Check `context.get` for the currently offered bindings and triggers. Do not invent job APIs, assume a cron schedule is active, or hide an external scheduling dependency. Request the specific capability if the app cannot work without it.
