A native Worker can handle HTTP callbacks using ordinary request handlers when external reachability is authorized. Implement the provider’s signature verification, replay/idempotency rules, bounded body handling and app authorization. Store provider secrets through protected entry.

Userland does not provision the retired custom-runtime webhook resource in this profile. Declaring a callback handler does not register it with an external service or grant broader network access to a hosted build/browser. Report and complete actual external dependencies deliberately.
